Large B2B Enterprise
Challenge
We were hired by a well-known creative technology agency to help put users at the heart of their strategy and design process. We were tasked to solve a tough digital marketing and product experience problem for a large B2B enterprise client, in collaboration with the agency's world-class creatives and developers.
Approach
We used a mix of data analytics and qualitative research to uncover powerful insights about on- and off-line behaviors of prospective and existing customers, and their underlying intentions.
Outcome
Our insights informed a unique journey map and content & experience brief that resulted in a new marketing approach tailoring people's digital experience to where they are in their journey.
